• Can I supply my own glassware?

Yes. We are happy to engrave customer-supplied glassware, provided it is suitable for the chosen engraving method.

Please note that glassware can contain hidden stresses, imperfections, or manufacturing defects that are not visible prior to engraving. While every care is taken during processing, customer-supplied items are engraved at the owner’s risk, and Kiss My Glass cannot be held liable for breakages resulting from pre-existing defects.

For the best results, we are also able to source a range of quality glassware on your behalf

  • What’s the difference between sandblasting and laser engraving?

Sandblasting produces an elegant frosted finish that is highly durable and often preferred for larger or more unusual shaped items.

Laser engraving creates a finer, more detailed mark and is ideal for intricate logos, text, numbering, and personalisation.

If you’re unsure which method is best for your project, we’ll gladly recommend the most suitable option based on your artwork and glassware.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We are happy to assist with both single personalised items and large corporate orders.

Some products and services may have minimum quantities depending on the complexity of the project, but we are always happy to discuss your specific requirements.

  • What are your lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and current workload.

As a general guideline:

  • Small personalised orders: 3–7 working days
  • Corporate and bulk orders: Quoted according to quantity and project requirements

If you have a deadline, please let us know when requesting a quote and we will do our best to accommodate it.

  • Can you engrave names?

Absolutely. We can personalise each item with individual names, dates, messages, initials, or other custom details, making them ideal for weddings, events, corporate gifts, and special occasions.

  • Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we can courier or uber deliver to closer destination. Cost is for the customers account.

  • Do you provide proofs?

Yes. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

This gives you the opportunity to review the layout, positioning, spelling, and overall appearance before engraving commences.
